PROCESSING TIME
We immediately put your order into process soon after we receive an order from your end so that we dispatch orders within 24 hours. In some circumstances, shipping time can be affected due to public holidays, bad weather, and some unavoidable reason. Paitime ships all packages from our warehouse in China.

CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER SHIPMENT SENT
Please check your shipping address carefully if you find it incorrect please inform us instantly via email before your order shipment. Once your order is out for shipment we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order.
SHIPMENT EMAIL
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain tracking no and carrier service provider. You can check your order status by sign-in on the site as well. When you place an order without signing up our system automatically creates your account and you receive your account detail (login id & password) at the bottom of into order confirmation email so you can simply log in to your account.
TRACK AN ORDER
After shipped order, we send you a shipment email on your email id with tracking no if you wish to view tracking status you can use our "TRACK ORDER" option which is available at the bottom of the site where you just need to enter your order no and your email id to check your order status. We would like to mention here tracking status will appear after 48-72 hours of your order shipment.
PLACE YOUR ORDER
When you see an item you like, click on the right-hand side "Add to Cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to finish your shopping. Thereafter, click on the "View Cart", located at the top right section of the screen where you can see the items you added. Click "Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Checkout with Paypal" to complete your transaction.
